2. Products and Prices
The products offered are generally collectible items in blind box format, meaning the contents are random and unknown until the package is opened.
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are communicated before order confirmation.
3. Purchase Methods
To place an order, the user must:
- Select the desired products
- Add them to your cart
- Complete the checkout process
- Accept these Terms and Conditions
The contract is considered concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship throughout Italy and Europe. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days (excluding islands and other European countries). Shipping costs are shown in your cart before checkout.
6. Right of Withdrawal – Exclusion for Blind Boxes
Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products sold in "blind box" format, as the contents are random and sealed at the time of sale. Once the packaging is opened, the product loses its commercial value and cannot be returned.
Therefore, returns or refunds are not accepted due to subjective content preferences (e.g. duplicates, unwanted characters).
However, the right to replacement or refund is guaranteed in the following cases:
- Product defective or damaged upon delivery
- Wrong product compared to the order
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, providing photos of the product and packaging.
7. Limitation of Liability
The seller is not responsible for:
- Improper use of products
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Delays due to third parties (e.g. courier)

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the user's residence or domicile has jurisdiction. In all other cases, the court of Campobasso has jurisdiction.
